Best Response - How do I get my transcript?

Transcript Request   

A flat fee of $5.00 per Transcript request will be charged. 
  1. You can now request your Transcripts online.
  • Visit Broward College's website
  • Then logon with your Student I.D # or Social Security # in the Student I.D box and enter your PIN (which is the month and year you were born) mm/yyyy (i.e 1980). 
  • On the next page you may request your transcript online; display an unofficial copy or even look at your degree audit. Once you have submitted the Transcript request, Fees and ALL Financial obligations must be paid via the Web or to the Cashier before request will be processed or mailed.
  • To pay your fees online, after you have submitted the request for the transcripts, take a look at the top of the page, you will see blue boxes going across.
  • Click on Payment, you will then see the different methods available for payments.    
  1. You can come to our Downtown Ft. Lauderdale campus, request them in person, and take them with you the same day. The address is as follows:
    225 E. Las Olas Blvd.
    Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301
    Note: You can have someone else pick them up for you, but they must have a letter of consent from you before obtaining them.   
  2. You can submit a request at any of our campus Registration offices, but be aware that the campuses will only transfer it to the Downtown Campus.  
  3. You can submit a letter of request through the mail. In the letter you will need to include your full name, social security # or student number, approximate dates you attended, the number of copies requested and the complete address where they should be sent. Also, please include your present address and a phone number where you can be reached, if we need to reach you. 

Students that have been out of the system for two or more years your Social Security number can be used instead of a Student ID.
